CIA Fire and Security Ltd, formerly Cirencester Intruder Alarms is a family run business based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. We pride ourselves on designing, installing and maintaining quality, fit for purpose security and fire protection solutions for domestic and commercial customers within Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

We are ISO 9001 2000 certified and have been awarded NSI NACOSS Gold and NSI Fire Gold through the BAFE SP203 modular scheme. We are on the approved register of installers for the following constabularies: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Thames Valley and Warwickshire. CIA are insured for Public Liability limited to £5m, Employers Liability limited to £10m, Product Liability and Wrongful Advice limited to £5m.

We operate a 24hr call out service manned by our SIA licensed Alarm Response Operatives, On-call Alarm Engineers and Senior Managers so that our customers will have the confidence that they are always protected.

Our motto - 'large enough to cope, small enough to care' sums up our approach, we work with industry leading manufacturers to ensure our customers get the latest tried and tested technology available whilst working in a small dedicated team, this means that our customers will always know who they are dealing with, which is a comforting factor when trusting us with your security.

In order to provide the best possible customer service, we invest heavily in the training of our team. Most of our engineers have been with us since leaving school, working their way through our comprehensive apprenticeship programme gaining classroom knowledge with Skills for Security and workplace experience with qualified engineers.
